My goal is not only to provide a thorough inspection but also ensure each customer is fully aware of the service I provide and its limitations.

A Home Inspection is a general inspection and is not technically exhaustive.  The home will be visually inspected to give the client a better understanding of the condition of the home at the time of the inspection.  The systems in the home (electrical, heating, A/C, etc.) are inspected to determine whether they are operating properly at the time of the inspection.  The inspector is not responsible to determine all that may be wrong with a system, he will determine if it functions properly or not.  If the inspector finds an issue with a system he may recommend a second opinion by someone licensed in that specific field.  The licensed specialist will determine how to resolve the issue and any other issues resulting from it.  It is possible that one issue could conceal another.  The inspector is not responsible for these issues or the issues discussed in the inspection report.  They are only reported and there is no guarantee(s) implied or specified by the report.  The report is the inspector’s “opinion” of the home.

I strongly suggest the client be present at the time of the inspection.  The client needs to present the Inspector with any concerns about the house prior to inspecting the home.  The inspection is a service to benefit the client and being on site at the time of the inspection to share information always provides the greatest benefit.

Please thoroughly read the Inspection Agreement Linked below, initialing at the designated places and sign the bottom.  The Inspection agreement needs to be completed and delivered to the Inspector at or before the inspection.  The inspection report will not be released to the client until the completed and signed Inspection Agreement has been received by the inspector.
