Carolina HomeInspect for your residential inspection needs. As your inspector I promise I will provide a
thorough inspection and report. I will make every effort to
afford you a quick, easy and informative experience. My goal is to provide as
much information as possible during the inspection and prepare an
easy to read and detailed report of my findings.
Most reports are made available to the
customer within 24 hrs via e-mail. I do reserve the right to
require 72 hours to provide the report, though that is not the
norm. There is a
complete sample report included HERE for you to examine. I am confident you will find
it detailed and easy to understand.
Carolina HomeInspect is
an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) and was started in 2006 to
provide residential inspections and radon testing. I have also partnered with
an engineering firm to provide engineering certificates for new or
existing manufactured housing foundations. I have been licensed since 2003 as a residential
building inspector, and have worked in the building industry since
1993. I am insured and
bonded, and am a member
of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Piedmont
Association of Home Inspectors and have completed all of their
certifications. I stay
current with the many frequent changes in residential construction
through continuing education programs.
